HOCKENHEIM, OCTOBER 26 2008 – Dutch ace Patrick Huisman experienced a troublesome weekend in this weekend’s Porsche Carrera Cup Deutschland seasonfinisher at the Hockenheimring. After having hit technical trouble in Friday’s free practises, Huisman bounced back strongly on Saturday by being among the fastest drivers in qualifying. A first-lap race incident spoiled all of his chances for success in Sunday’s race however. After a hard-charging drive to make up ground, Huisman was eventually disqualified by the race organisers for making use of the run-off area.
