NÜRBURG, SEPTEMBER 21 2009 – Ramez Azzam (UAE) endured a disappointing weekend at the Nürburgring as he challenged for another promising result during last weekend’s sixth round of the Eurocup Formula Renault 2.0. After a gearbox problem slowed him down during the two decisive qualifying sessions on Saturday morning, the SG Formula driver was forced to retire in the early stages of both races after he had been hit by other competitors.
