Three articles, by Steven Nadler, Carlos Fraenkel, and Warren Zev Harvey, constitute a "symposium" on a particular set of issues in Spinoza's Theological-Political Treatise: how to reconcile Spinoza's account of the interpretation of Scripture (and the distinction between truth and meaning) with some remarks he says about miraculous events as related in Scripture.

Steven Nadler, de initiatiefnemer, schreef een inleiding, "Spinoza and Scripture: A Colloquium Introduction," waarvan op Project Muse de eerste twee bladzijden te lezen zijn. Daarop volgen drie artikelen:

Steven Nadler, "Scripture and Truth: A Problem in Spinoza's Tractatus Theologico-Politicus"
Carlos Fraenkel, "Spinoza on Miracles and the Truth of the Bible"
Warren Zev Harvey, "Spinoza on Biblical Miracles"
